​​At the beginning of 2019, I was living in Los Angeles. I was sitting at the table getting ready to negotiate one of the biggest deals of my TV career at the time. ⁣
⁣
I thought to myself, this is the deal I’ve been waiting on. I’ve waited all my life for this. ⁣
⁣
But then the Lord spoke to me through a vision. He showed me that the opportunity wasn’t my door. That He had a greater door prepared for me. ⁣

In the fall of 2019, I will have the privilege of attending ministry school. This one year program equips and empowers leaders to pursue their God-ordained destiny. We will be taught to think and build  beyond our limitations and be positioned to raise up other future world changers and emerging leaders. In May of 2020, we will go abroad for a short period of time to enhance and refine our leadership abilities in effort to touch and reach the nations.

​​I started writing my first book “Emerge: Breakthrough Into Your Destiny” in 2012, not knowing it would take 7 years to finally give birth to it. Throughout my journey, I would write, then take a break. Then write, and take a break. The goal was never to complete the book overnight. It was to allow my life experiences to build and shape me, so I could genuinely write from an authentic and real place. I paced myself. I knew that I didn’t want to put it out too early, or too soon. The time had to be right.

When I wake up, I pray and command my morning. Why? Because I know the power of prayer and setting the atmosphere for your day. Words have the power to shape and mold your reality more than you realize. Here are 20 affirmations to start your day off with and fuel your faith!

​Being single is one thing. Being single and secure is another. It’s the version of you that’s not desperate for love or attention. It’s the “you” that’s comfortable taking your own self out to a nice restaurant or a movie. It’s the you that knows, at the right time, God will align me with the right mate that fits my destiny, not interrupts it. It’s the you that knows you're worthy of being loved the right way, and will no longer choose to settle. It’s the cool, calm, and collected you, needing nothing and no one, more than you do God.

​Casual sex. One night stands. Booty calls. For some women, these things bring them pleasure. While for other women, they are just tired of it all. They are looking for something real, not just a temporary fix to fill a void. Nevertheless whatever category you fit in, know this - you are worthy. You are a queen and your body is a temple.
